DO NOT STAY HERE! Can't get a hold of the shuttle when you need too! We had to wait hours trying to get in touch with the hotel. The hotel smells like mold! Then when we got to the room it was very stinky. The pillows on the bed are the size of small decorative pillows that you would see on a couch!! Then had to pay for an Uber to get back to the airport because the shuttle doesn't start running until 6 am! Total waste of time and money. The exterior doors are not secured either. Anyone can just walk right in!

Bed was nice, room was clean enough. Breakfast is included but is just cereal, toast, waffle maker, oatmeal, fruit, and coffees. Be aware airport shuttle stops at 11:30 PM Local time. Arrived at 12:30 am, waited a bit for staff to arrive to help check in, room key machine broken so she let me in my room. I was only there for the night so not an issue for me. This was my first time staying at Ramada hotels, I would consider again, very budget friendly. Decent proximity to IAH but you cannot walk.

Are they even officially in business? Stayed on a Monday and a Wednesday evening. There was no one at the front desk at 10:30 pm. Had to wander around for 20 minutes until someone finally stumbled out of the maintenence office. I couldnt be sure who he was with. Appeared to be a friend not associated with the hotel. Neither wore any identifying badges nor uniforms. The bar is closed at all hours of the day. The vending machines take exact change only, and the front desk cant make change for a 20 taken from their own debit machine in the front lobby. If you decide to stay here, I hope you enjoy tap water. Or a walk across the street to one of the more reputable hotels in the area. Notices throughout the hotel make excuses for covid turn downs (which are LONG over fellas) and why most ammenities )like fresh towels) are frozen. They did not even have the suite I had reserved through corporate booking. On the plus side, its cheap and the bed was more comfortable than my rental car. I will not be returning.

Our flight from Houston airport was cancelled because of bad weather. It was 20 degrees. Most flights that afternoon were also cancelled. This was the only hotel we could find with availability. We arrived at 7 pm and had to be back at the airport the next day at 4:30. Our room had no heat and no hot water. We asked for room heaters but done were available. It was freezing all night. We couldn't even shower in the morning because there was no hot water. When we left at the morning at 4:30 no one was at the front desk to check out. The hotel is worn down and very poor customer service.

Fake hotel they charge your card twice. Fraud they will steal your deposit and charge your card again. Warning ⚠️ warning fraudulent. Read the reviews they will try to scam you. Stole the deposit twice from my card don't give your card. Don't let the man touch your card without the pin. Warning ⚠️
